Today begins Día de los Muertos. What are your rituals or occasions when you remember loved ones you have lost?

We go to the cemetery where we clean the tombs and vases that are there, we prepare dishes what the beloved dead ones cherished while they were still alive. We place all things on a table where this dishes, some fruit, candies and all kind of drinks stand by until afternoon, since the dead ones come to eat and drink after they had this long walking from the beyond. My grandmother says that some people say that after they "eat" what's on the table, we are supposed to eat it, but all will be tasteless, since they already took the flavor of food with them. I have never corroborated this.
